Manufacturing defects and faults that occur during normal household use within 1 year of delivery.
Damage from drops, liquids, misuse, unauthorised repairs or modifications; normal wear on brushes, filters and mop pads; and cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
Call +1 833-817-0305 with your order details and a description of the problem. If the claim is approved we will arrange a replacement.
This warranty applies only to products sold under the NestBot name by RoboNest Home. Products from other brands are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty.
